We strive for perfection however our items are handcrafted and therefore minor imperfections may occur which adds to the beauty and uniqueness of the product.

 

1. No Refund Policy:

Customer can exchange item they wish to return within the specified time frame.

 

Exchange:

 

1. You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Your item must be in the original packaging.

4. Your item needs to have proof of purchase.

5. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

6. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

 

2. Shipping return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

GCC, Middle East & Rest of world - No return policy

Currently, we only offer exchanges within the UAE. For international orders, please note the original shipping charges, customs fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are on the customer.

2. You will be advised of any applicable shipping charges before you finalize your payment.

3. You will be responsible for all applicable custom duties, clearance fees and taxes, which will be detailed in a separate invoice upon delivery, unless part of a promotion.

4. We may from time to time offers, discounts and promotions exclusive to the online store.

5. Kindly note that any discount and promotional offers and codes do not apply on items that are already on sale or any pre-existing promotions.

This fabric is synthetic and has a very soft fine canvas feel. Very little textured. Washes easily and doesn’t need any ironing. Cold Machine or hand wash. Mild detergent. No bleach. No ironing. Do not tumble dry.

Bull Denim / Mario & Duchess Weave:

This fabric is very strong and durable. It has a diagonal textured line in the fabric. Because its from polyester, the colours on this fabric is vibrant and bright. Washes easily and doesn’t require ironing. Cold Machine or hand wash. Mild detergent. No bleach.   No ironing. Do not tumble dry.

Premium Velvet:

This fabric is pure luxury. Its strong and can be used from upholstery to luxury garments. Has a soft sheen. Cold Machine or hand wash. Mild detergent. No bleach.  No Ironing. Do not tumble dry.

Lino Look:

This fabric is synthetic and has a linen look alike. Not Vibrant colours. Washes easily and doesn’t need ironing. Cold Machine or hand wash. Mild detergent. No bleach. No ironing. Do no tumble dry.

​

Upholstery Fabric:

This fabric is synthetic and has a heavier textured canvas feel. Washes easily and doesn’t need any ironing. Cold Machine or hand wash. Mild detergent. No bleach. Low iron if needed. Do not tumble dry.

​

PVC & Felt: (Placemats)

This item is heat resistant, non-slip vinyl rubber backing, which is durable, rot proof, water resistant and anti-bacterial. Item may be cleaned with use of water and mild detergent soap. Lay out horizontally for drying. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring. Do not bleach.
